经历长期拉锯谈判和各种坊间传言之后,宝钢与包钢的合作终于有了实质性的进展。7月24日,宝钢集团宣布,在内蒙古呼和浩特与包钢集团正式签署战略联盟框架协议,双方将共同研究资产联合的实施方案。随后,宝钢集团总经理艾宝俊、副总经理赵昆、业务总监王文海等赴包钢考察。包钢总经理司永涛会见艾宝俊并陪同考察。
After going through long-term see-saw talks and various rumors, the cooperation between Baosteel and Baotou Steel finally made substantial progress. On July 24, Baosteel announced that it had formally signed a strategic alliance framework agreement with Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Group and both sides will jointly study the implementation plan of assets alliance. Subsequently, Baosteel Group General Manager Ai Baojun, Zhao Kun, deputy general manager, business director Wang Wenhai went to Baotou inspection. Secretary Baotou Steel Yongtao met with Ai Baojun and accompanied the inspection.
