《建筑工人》1989年第7期介绍了在楼面上悬挑16号槽钢的悬挑脚手架,这样做,只能在整个脚手架拆除之后,才能施工这层楼地坪。为了交叉施工,加快进度,我单位在无锡粮贸商场18层大楼上采用了改进的作法:在外墙外框架现浇连续梁上预埋(?)48×3.5的短钢管,挑出1.5米,间距1.8米。在下层连续梁上用两根钢管作斜撑,用扣件扎牢。在上层连续梁上预埋(?)14吊环,用(?)14花篮螺栓作为保险吊,把预埋钢管吊牢,见图1。这样搭成的悬挑脚手架,既安全稳定,又不影响楼面施工,并且节约了槽钢。
“Construction Workers” in the 7th issue of 1989 introduced the cantilevered scaffolding of channel No. 16 on the floor. To do so, the floor of this floor can only be constructed after the entire scaffold is removed. In order to achieve cross-construction and speed up the progress, our company has adopted an improved approach at the 18-storey building of the Wuxi Food and Trade Shopping Mall: pre-embedded (?) 48×3.5 short steel tubes on the continuous cast-in-place beams outside the external wall, picking out 1.5 meters. The distance is 1.8 meters. Two steel pipes are used for bracing on the lower continuous beam and fastened with fasteners. On the upper continuous beam, 14 (14) rings are pre-assembled, and (14) flower basket bolts are used as the insurance hangers to suspend the embedded steel pipes, as shown in Figure 1. The overhanging scaffolding thus erected is safe and stable without affecting the construction of the floor and saving the channel steel.
