首届中国电视“十佳新闻栏目”于去年推出,这对于创办电视新闻已经有三十多年历史的中国电视来说,的确是值得期盼与庆贺的。但从获奖的十个栏目看,有八个栏目来自于中央和省级卫视,只有两个来自于地市级电视台。这一状况与我国广播电视的现有格局极不相称。当然,中央和省市卫星电视台(频道)有其自身的优势,人力、财力资源雄厚,节目覆盖范围广,而这些正是市、县电视台(频道)的劣势。
The first China Television Top Ten News Program was launched last year. This is indeed something worthy of looking forward to and expecting for the launch of China Television, a television program that has had more than 30 years of history. However, judging from the ten winning columns, eight columns come from the central and provincial satellite TV stations, and only two come from the prefectural-level TV stations. This situation is disproportionate to the current pattern of radio and television in our country. Of course, the central and provincial satellite TV stations (channels) have their own advantages. They have abundant human and financial resources and a wide coverage of programs. These are the disadvantages of the cities and counties (channels).
