正常人鼻中隔多有不同程度的偏曲,有否影响功能以及程度如何才适于行鼻中隔矫正术,临床上常不易掌握,本文通过对1400例50岁以上成人鼻中隔形态的调查,就怎样掌握手术适应症问题作了初步分析。临床资料与调查结果本组调查对象为50—89岁的干部和科技人员,均享有较好的保健医疗条件。在查阅病历、询问病史的基础上进行检查,按《鼻科学》鼻中隔偏曲形态分类法归纳如下表:
