目的:观察综合治疗和物理治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的的临床疗效。方法:选择46例颞下颌关节紊乱的患者,按就诊顺序分为两组,分别采用药物加物理综合治疗和超短波物理治疗,观察两组患者治疗1~2周后及半年随访的临床疗效。结果:药物加物理综合治疗组显效及有效率100%,半年复发2例,单纯物理治疗组半年复发8例95.2%,差异有统计学意义。结论:药物加物理综合治疗颞下颌关节紊乱近期疗效及远期疗效均高于单纯物理治疗组,而且疗程短。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment and physical therapy of temporomandibular joint disorder. Methods: Forty-six patients with temporomandibular joint disorder were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The patients were treated with physical therapy combined with physical therapy and ultrashort wave respectively. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed after 1 to 2 weeks and six months follow-up. Results: The effective rate of drug plus physical therapy group was 100%, recurrence in six months was in two cases, and the recurrence rate in pure physical therapy group was 95.2% in six months, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of drug plus physical therapy on temporomandibular joint disorder are higher than that of simple physical therapy group.
