根据激光重熔的特点,采用ANSYS有限元软件中的间接热力耦合方法,建立了TiAl合金表面激光重熔等离子喷涂NiCoCrAl-Y2O3涂层热力耦合有限元模型,对激光重熔温度场和应力场进行了分析。通过该计算模型,可以掌握激光重熔以及冷却过程中温度场和应力场随时间的变化规律。在温度场和应力场分析的基础上,讨论了激光重熔层中裂纹形成的机理及影响因素,并提出了一些解决重熔层裂纹产生的主要方法。
According to the characteristics of laser remelting, the thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of NiCoCrAl-Y2O3 coating by laser remelting on TiAl alloy was established by indirect thermal coupling method in ANSYS finite element software. Based on the analysis of temperature field and stress field, the mechanism and influencing factors of crack formation in laser remelted layer are discussed. Some main methods to solve the crack generation in remelted layer are proposed.
