设计了煤矿矿工心理安全感量表,通过对707名煤矿矿工进行一对一式的结构化访谈获取信息。采用方差分析及回归分析等方法,探讨了煤矿矿工心理安全感及其各维度在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上的差异性,研究了各维度对煤矿矿工心理安全感总体状况的预测力。研究结果表明:煤矿矿工心理安全感及其各维度在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上均存在显著性差异,各维度对煤矿矿工心理安全感总体状况的预测力存在差异,预测力从大到小依次是支持感、信任感、工作控制感及关系控制感。
The psychological safety scale of coal miners was designed and the information was obtained through one-on-one structured interviews with 707 miners. Using variance analysis and regression analysis, the paper discusses the psychological safety of coal miners and their differences in demographic variables and organizational work variables, and studies the predictive power of each dimension on the general state of psychological safety of coal miners.
