不知道从什么时候开始,人们见面时的问候语已经从“吃饭了吗”变成了“买房了吗”。随着北京城市经济的发展,越来越多的年轻人奔向北京,并希望通过自己的努力买到一套房子,结束“北漂”的生活。于是多年来,京城楼市始终施展着一种“魔力”。一方面,相对居民收入水平,北京的房价居高不下,昂首跻身于世界前列;另一方面,无论高、中、低档各类住房产品,京城买房人一概“照单全收”,神奇的消化功能演绎着不朽的“楼市传奇”。那么对那些在北京打拼的人来说,他们看中什么样的房子?在未来的楼市发展过程中,他们会成为主流消费群吗?
