目的探讨益气补肾活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。方法 60例2型糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。其中,对照组给予基础治疗+盐酸贝那普利;观察组给予基础治疗+盐酸贝那普利+补肾活血汤。最后观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的各项生化指标均有所改善,但观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效较好,且安全可靠,值得在临床中进一步推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
