60年来,我国的社会主义文艺运动,一直是沿着《讲话》所指引的方向不断地向前运行着,发展着。新时期以来,党的第二代领导人邓小平同志和第三代领导人江泽民同志又根据新的时代特点,继承和发展了《讲话》的基本原理,对文艺提出了新的要求。60年的文艺实践,雄辩地证明了,坚持《讲话》的基本原理,坚持文艺为人民服务的方向,文艺运动就健康地向前发展,反之,则会出现曲折和偏差。
In the past 60 years, the socialist literary and art movement in our country has been continuously moving forward and developing along the direction of “speech.” Since the new period, Comrade Deng Xiaoping and the third generation of leaders of CPC Jiang Zemin, the second-generation leader of the party, have inherited and developed the basic principle of “speech” according to the characteristics of the new era and put forward new requirements on literature and art. Six decades of literary practice have eloquently proved that maintaining the basic principle of “speech” and adhering to the direction of art and literature serving the people make the literary and art movement go forward healthily. On the contrary, there will be twists and turns.
