幼儿教师资源配置是学前教育资源配置的核心问题,影响学前教育的发展质量和均衡发展。通过调查发现,山东省幼儿园教师总体存在量少质差及待遇不公平的问题。为解决上述问题,必须给予政策及财政投入方面的倾斜,提高教师待遇,扩大编制,稳定教师队伍,增加人均培训机会,提高师资水平。
