心律平Ⅰ号胶囊剂是一种抗心律失常的新药。方中以苦参为君药,辅以三七、肉桂、黄连等药材。本文利用双波长扫描法测定苦参碱的含量,以控制本制剂的质量,获得较令人满意的结果。1 实验材料1.1 样品:心律平Ⅰ号胶囊剂1.2 对照品:苦参碱标准品,中国药品生物制品检定所。1.3 硅胶薄层板:层析硅胶(青岛海洋化工厂)以0.5％CMC-Na常规铺板,规格20×10cm,厚0.5mm,110℃活化0.5hr,置干燥器中备用。
Heart-throttle I capsule is a new anti-arrhythmic drug. In the square, Sophora flavescens is the king drug, supplemented by Panax notoginseng, cinnamon, berberine and other herbs. In this paper, the use of dual wavelength scanning method to determine the content of matrine to control the quality of the preparation, to obtain more satisfactory results. 1 Experimental Materials 1.1 Samples: Heart rate I Capsules 1.2 Controls: Matrine Standards, China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products. 1.3 Silica gel thin-layer plates: Chromatography silica gel (Qingdao Ocean Chemical Plant) was conventionally plated with 0.5% CMC-Na, and its size was 20×10cm, thickness was 0.5mm, and it was activated at 110°C for 0.5hr. It was placed in a desiccator for use.
