对高职院校艺术生公共英语教学的有效性初探

职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,公共英语作为高职院校的一门公共必修课,在培养高技能人才的过程中不可小觑。长期以来,高职院校艺术生在英语基础、认知倾向、性格特征、兴趣诉求和学习策略等方面的特殊性往往没有得到足够的重视。在日常公共英语教学中,课堂管理的难度较大,教学效果难以得到保证。就高职院校艺术生的特点及公共英语教学的现状,来探究高职院校面临的公共英语教学困境,并提出有效的解决方法。 Vocational education is an important part of national education system and human resources development. Public English, as a public compulsory course in higher vocational colleges, should not be underestimated in the process of training highly skilled personnel. For a long time, the specialties of art students in vocational colleges often fail to get enough attention in English foundation, cognitive orientation, personality traits, interest demands and learning strategies. In everyday public English teaching, classroom management is more difficult and the teaching effect is hard to be guaranteed. On the characteristics of art students in higher vocational colleges and the status quo of public English teaching to explore the plight of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges and put forward effective solutions.
