环丙沙星系第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药。因抗菌谱广、杀菌力强、耐药菌株少、起效迅速、使用方便,而广泛应用于临床。其主要不良反应有消化系统的恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻和厌食。中枢神经系统的焦虑、紧张、兴奋、头痛、头昏、失眠、震颤,甚至诱发癫痫发作。皮肤方面有皮疹、光感性皮炎和静脉炎等。对以下特殊的不良反应亦应引起重视。 1 过敏性休克 , 林丽娇报道,2例分别因慢性淋病和泌尿系统严重感染患者,静脉滴注环丙沙星,一例滴至5分钟后出现紫绀、呼吸困难、心慌、大汗淋漓,BP9.3/6.7kPn,脉弱,血压仍下降。立即停止输液,经处理,
