女职工在企业的发展中,发挥着十分重要的作用,做好工会女职工工作,对促进企业和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了本单位女职工工作新常态下带来的新问题。采用问卷调查法、座谈法和统计法对中国中车眉山车辆有限公司女职工工作进行了素质、权益、队伍现状等方面的调查,揭示出现阶段女职工工作素质提升途径和载体单一、权益保护未完全落实、公司息工女职工队伍存在不稳定隐患等主要问题。提出了搭建素质提升平台、深化权益维护行动、应对公司息工新常态帮扶行动等措施,旨在竭诚服务企业,服务女职工,彰显“半边天”新作为,助推企业和谐发展。
Women workers play a very important role in the development of enterprises. Doing a good job in the trade union women workers is of great significance to promoting the harmonious development of the enterprises. This article analyzes the new problems brought about by the new normalcy of female staff and workers in this unit. This paper investigates the quality, rights and interests of the female employees in China Mech. Meishan Vehicle Co., Ltd by means of questionnaire survey, informal discussion and statistical methods, and reveals the ways of enhancing the quality of female workers’ work in the stage of emergence and the single carrier and the protection of rights and interests Fully implemented, the company workers and staff workforce there are unstable and other major problems. Put forward measures to build a platform for quality improvement, deepen the rights and interests protection action and deal with the company’s new normal behavior of helping workers and other measures. The aim is to serve enterprises and serve female employees wholeheartedly, highlighting the new role of “half the sky” to promote the harmonious development of enterprises.
