文章阐述了内燃机车柴油机气门传动机构的作用;介绍了液压式、电磁式和电液式3种气门传动机构各自的功能、特点。经装机试验表明:电液传动机构虽结构较复杂,但具有最佳的气体分配相位和气阀运动规律,可降低柴油机燃油消耗8%~12%。
This paper elaborates the function of diesel valve train of diesel locomotive, and introduces the functions and characteristics of the three kinds of valve trains of hydraulic type, electromagnetic type and electrohydraulic type respectively. The installed capacity test shows that although the structure of electro-hydraulic transmission is complex, it has the best gas distribution phase and valve movement, which can reduce the fuel consumption of diesel engine by 8% to 12%.
