From September 9 to September 12, 2010, the 26th Joint Chiefs of Presidents of the Academies of Sciences of Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities across China were grandly held in Shanghai. Mr. Dou Xinsheng, dean of the Gansu Academy of Science and his responsible comrades and his entourage attended the meeting.
