疏甲丙脯酸(Captopril,CPT)系血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,主要用于治疗高血压、充血性心力衰竭。晚近发现该药有多种新的临床用途,从而扩大了临床应用的范围。
Captopril (CPT) is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor used primarily in the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure. Recently found that the drug has a variety of new clinical applications, thus expanding the scope of clinical applications.
