现代学徒制人才培养是现代职业教育体系发展和产业结构调整、企业转型升级的必然选择。但从整体上看,我国现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索与实践还处于起步阶段,在管理制度、管理体系以及配套政策等方面存在一定的问题。建设有中国特色的现代学徒制度,要认真借鉴欧美等发达国家的成功经验:第一,不断深化校企合作,确立校企双主体的人才培养模式;第二,构建注重能力提升的课程体系;第三,建立多方参与的人才培养考评机制和人才培养制度保障体系;第四,加强现代学徒制人才培养的师资队伍建设。
The cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents is the necessary choice for the development of modern vocational education system, the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. However, on the whole, the exploration and practice of training mode of modern apprenticeship in China is still in its infancy, and there are some problems in management system, management system and supporting policies. To build a modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics, we must conscientiously draw on the successful experiences of developed countries such as Europe and the United States. First, we should deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and establish the dual-subject training model for schools and enterprises. Second, we should establish a curriculum system that focuses on capacity building. Third, the establishment of multi-participatory talent cultivation evaluation mechanism and personnel training system security system; Fourth, to strengthen the construction of modern apprenticeship personnel training of teachers.
