目的:寻找一种更为简洁有效的描述血液表观粘度的方法。方法:8例正常人和26例肺癌患者及4组用正常人自体血浆配制的不同压积血标本,首先测其表观粘度,然后用曲线拟合的方法筛选拟合方式,并对筛选出的乘幂法进行验证。结果:乘幂函数表示有利于消除血液粘度测量过程中的随机误差,红细胞压积与乘幂系数之间是一线性关系,提出了一种新的、更有效的消除红细胞压积影响的方法。结论:采用乘幂函数描述血液表观粘度是可行有效的方法
Objective: To find a more concise and effective way to describe the apparent viscosity of blood. Methods: Eight different normal and 26 patients with lung cancer and four normal volunteers were used to prepare different hematocrit samples. The apparent viscosity was measured firstly, and then the fitting method was screened by curve fitting. The power of law to verify. Results: The exponential function indicated that it was helpful to eliminate the random error in the measurement of blood viscosity, and the linear relationship between hematocrit and exponential coefficient. A new and more effective method to eliminate the effect of hematocrit was proposed. Conclusion: It is feasible and effective to describe the apparent viscosity of blood by power function
