在矿山开发过程中,地面控制测量、大比例尺地形测量及联系测量等项工作,均作为一次性的测量工作,由矿山测量人员去完成。随着巷道掘进、采准及采矿工作的推进,井下控制测量是矿山测量人员日常主要工作之一。井下控制测量包括平面与高程控制测量,而导线测量是井下平面控制测量的基本方法。在井下导线测量中,量距是最繁重的工作。本文将从采矿工作对测量的要求,参考规范,提出用短程红外测距仪测量导线边长,代替井下钢尺量距,借以达到在保证精度的前提下,加快测量速度,减轻劳动强度的理论依据与操作方法。
In the process of mine development, ground control surveys, large-scale topographic surveys and contact surveys are all conducted as one-off surveys by mine surveyors. With the tunneling, quasi-mining and mining and advancing, underground control measurement is one of the daily routine work of mine surveyors. Downhole control measurements include plane and elevation control measurements, and wire measurement is the basic method of downhole planar control measurements. In downhole wire measurement, the gauge is the heaviest job. In this paper, the mining work on the measurement requirements, reference specifications, the proposed use of short-range infrared rangefinder edge length measurement, instead of measuring the underground steel ruler, in order to achieve the premise of ensuring accuracy, speed measurement, reduce labor intensity theory Basis and method of operation.
