通过开放式问卷调查,探索了编辑工作绩效的内隐观。结果表明,编辑工作绩效包括任务绩效、关系绩效和创新绩效三个维度。
Through an open questionnaire survey, we explore the implicit concept of editing performance. The results show that the editorial work performance includes task performance, relationship performance and innovation performance in three dimensions.
