介绍了使用自行设计和制作的磨损试验机对TiN涂层耐磨特性的研究。探讨了滑动速度和不同润滑条件对不同涂层材料的耐磨性的影响;比较了不同涂层工艺和不同基体的TiN涂层刀具的使用寿命;并讨论了TiN涂层的磨损机理。
The wear resistance of TiN coating by wear tester designed and manufactured by ourselves is introduced. The effects of sliding speed and different lubrication conditions on the wear resistance of different coating materials were discussed. The service life of TiN coated cutting tools with different coating processes and different substrates was compared. The wear mechanism of TiN coating was also discussed.
