据报道,中国石油和化学工业联合会下属的化工园区工作委员会与清华大学技术创新研究中心合作,共同建立的我国首个化工园区评价指标体系已编制完成,该评价指标体系以工业区理论、产业集群理论和科学发展观为理论依据,包括综合经济实力、基础设施、公用工程成本、环境保护及节能减排、自主创新环境五大类内容。每一大类又包含若干细化的指标。 It is reported that the evaluation index system of the first chemical park in China, which is jointly established by the Working Committee of the Chemical Industry Park under the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and the Technology Innovation Research Center of Tsinghua University, has been completed.
