本文结合引进技术的吸收、消化工作,概述了干糊阳极的性能和工艺要求;介绍了干糊阳极在106KA上插自焙铝电解槽上的行为;分析了干糊阳极熔融层内部温度的变化规律;并利用近四年的干糊阳极生产管理经验及有关数据,总结了干糊阳极的日常管理要则和生产成效;重点分析了干糊阳极发生各种异常情况的原因,提出了相应的预防处理措施,为未来的干糊阳极的生产技术管理,提供了一些可行的经验。
Based on the absorption and digestion of imported technology, the properties and technological requirements of dry paste anode were summarized. The behavior of dry paste anode on 106KA self-baking aluminum electrolytic cell was introduced. The change of internal temperature of dry paste anode melt layer was analyzed. Law and the past four years of dried paste anode production and management experience and the relevant data, summed up the dry paste anode daily management practices and production effectiveness; focusing on analysis of the dry paste anode occurred a variety of unusual circumstances, put forward the corresponding Preventive measures for the future dry paste anode production technology management, provides some viable experience.
