Objective: To investigate the expression of p16, cyclinD1 and pRb in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and their relationship and significance. Methods: The expression of p16, cyclinD1 and pRb in 32 cases of primary HNSCC were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The overall abnormal rate of p16, cyclinD1, and pRb was 90.6% (29/32).
