文章介绍了我国房地产信托业务发展背景,从行业、政策、信息不对称、信托资产流动性等四方面分析了现阶段房地产信托业务存在的风险,探索控制和化解风险的对策建议:完善法律法规,强化信息披露制度;信托产品创新,提高信托产品流通性;加强信托公司对项目的风险控制。
This paper introduces the background of the development of real estate trust business in our country, analyzes the risks existing in the real estate trust business from four aspects: industry, policy, information asymmetry and liquidity of trust assets, and explores the countermeasures and suggestions on controlling and resolving risks: improving laws and regulations, Strengthen information disclosure system, innovate trust products, improve the liquidity of trust products, and strengthen the risk control of trust companies on the projects.
