目的定量研究正常豚鼠视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)核和视网膜厚度。方法应用图像分析技术测量RGC核的平均体积和体密度、视网膜各层结构厚度。结果RGC核的平均体积为174μm3,按核体积分布直方图分成大、中、小3群,平均体积分别为363.5,185.3,80.0μm3,所占比例分别为20.9%,28.6%,49.5%;节细胞外界内层、内核内网层、光感受细胞层、视网膜全层的厚度分别为19.45,45.53,43.96,108.94μm。结论采用RGC核体积、体密度参数和视网膜各结构层厚度的测量是全面了解视网膜形态的敏感指标。
Objective To quantitatively study the normal guinea pig retinal ganglion cells (RGC) nuclei and retinal thickness. Methods The average volume and body density of RGC nuclei and the thickness of retinal layers were measured by image analysis technique. Results The average volume of RGC core was 174μm3. According to the nuclear volume distribution histogram, it was divided into three groups: large, medium and small. The average volumes of RGCs were 363.5, 185.3 and 80.0μm3 respectively, accounting for 20.9% 28.6% and 49.5% respectively. The thickness of inner layer, inner layer, inner layer of photoreceptor cells and full thickness of retina were 19.45,45.53,43.96,108.94μm. Conclusions The measurement of RGC nuclear volume, bulk density and the thickness of retinal layers is a sensitive index for comprehensive understanding of retinal morphology.
