To investigate the mechanism of HTVT, we examined the in vitro changes of melanoma cells by ruthenium red staining and transmission electron microscopy. The growth of tumor cells at normal temperature (37 ℃) and the surface of tumor cells treated at 42 ℃ for 3 hours were compared. The observation group was divided into three groups: ① 48 hours and 144 hours control group; ② 48 hours and 144 hours heating group; ③ After 48 hours of incubation, heating for 3 hours and then back into the incubator to continue to cultivate to 144 hours.
