《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》第103条明文规定:“安全阀应装泄放管,在泄放管上不允许装设阀门。泄放管应直通安全地点,并有足够的截面积和防冻措施,保证排泄畅通。”我们在锅炉检验中经常发现,有些单位的热水锅炉安全阀不装设泄放管。遇到这种情况,我们都在检验意见书中给予指出,并督促其使用单位尽快按照“规程”要求装设安全阀泄放管,以保证锅炉安全运行。另外,我们在锅炉检验过程中,也发现,有许多热水锅炉安全阀泄放管安装的不正确,主要有以下几种情况。 1 安全阀泄放管直通室外,没有采取任何防冻措施,如图1所示。采取这种安装方式,如遇安全阀有轻
