患者 :女 ,2 3岁 ,因阵发性腹痛伴恶心、停止肛门排便排气 1天入院。体检 :Ｔ 37.1℃ ,腹稍胀 ,未见肠型 ,腹肌软 ,下腹偏右侧压痛似可触及一腊肠样肿块 ,肠鸣音活跃。腹透 :腹部肠胀气 ,见 2个气液平面。Ｂ超 :右下腹肠管显示“同心圆”征 ,周边呈低回声 ,套叠肠管长约 8ｃｍ
Patients: Female, 23 years old, admitted to hospital for 1 day due to paroxysmal abdominal pain associated with nausea and anal defecation. Physical examination: T 37.1°C, abdominal bulging, no bowel type, abdominal muscles soft, lower right side of the right side of the tenderness may touch a sausage-like mass, bowel sounds active. Peritoneal dialysis: abdominal flatulence, see 2 gas-liquid planes. B-ultrasound: The right lower abdominal bowel showed “concentric circles” sign with low echo around the periphery and the intussusception tube was about 8cm long.
