以武汉钢铁股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂连铸车间现有设备为基础,介绍了中间包塞棒控流条件下的自动开浇工艺过程、拉矫机启动控制、结晶器液位自动控制等内容,突出了结晶器液位控制在自动开浇过程中的决定性作用。实际生产中,通过试验不断解决自动开浇中遇到的问题,使该厂的自动开浇率从开始时的月均39%左右提高到当前98%以上的稳定状态。
