高职院校学生党建一直是教育部关注的重点。顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的重要途径,也是高职教育人才培养的重要环节。党的十八大和第二十一次全国高校党建工作会议精神指出了党建工作的重要性,那么全面提高我国高校党建工作科学化水平,加强第三年顶岗实习期间学生党员的教育、管理、是改善传统校内学生党建的一种机遇,也是一种挑战,更是一种创新。
Party building of students in higher vocational colleges has always been the focus of the Ministry of Education. The internship of posts is an important way for vocational colleges to effectively promote the training mode of combining engineering with learning. It is also an important part of the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. The 18th National Congress of the CPC and the 21st National Conference on Party Building in Colleges and Universities pointed out the importance of Party building work. We should comprehensively raise the scientific level of party building in colleges and universities and strengthen the education and management of student party members during the third internship. It is an opportunity to improve the party building in the traditional school, but also a challenge, but also an innovation.
