随着中国高等教育的普及,民办高等教育也得到了长足的发展,实际上民办高等教育已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。但是民办高校在师资、软硬件、教育培养经验,生源等方面和公办院校的差距又导致民办高校人才诸多的就业问题。近十年,公办院校的连续扩招所造成的就业压力的增加,更使得民办高校的发展举步维艰。本文就针对民办院校自身的特点,通过借鉴北京吉利大学成功的办学经验,来探究中国民办高校人才培养的新模式。
With the popularity of higher education in China, private higher education has also made great strides, in fact, private higher education has become an important part of our higher education. However, the gap between civilian-run colleges and universities in public institutions, software and hardware, education and training experiences, and students’ origins has led to the employment of privately-run colleges and universities. In the past ten years, the employment pressure caused by the continuous expansion of public institutions has made the development of private colleges and universities difficult. This article aims at the characteristics of private colleges and universities, by drawing on the successful operation of Beijing University of Geely, to explore China’s private colleges and universities personnel training of new models.
