目的:探讨了高速涡轮钻法与去骨劈冠法治疗下颌阻生齿的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年1月~2013年12月要求拔除下领阻生齿的患者120例的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取高速涡轮钻法,对照组采取去骨劈冠法,比较两组的手术时间及并发症。结果:治疗组手术时间明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。治疗组的术后疼痛、张口受限程度和干槽症的发生率与对照组比较,均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮钻法在下颌阻生智齿的拔除中确实起到了减少创伤,降低不良反应的作用,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of high-speed turbine drilling and bone removal split crown on mandibular impacted teeth. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 required to remove the lower collar impacted teeth in patients with clinical data of 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group to take high-speed turbine drilling method, the control group Take deboning split crown method, comparing the two groups of operation time and complications. Results: The operation time of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (p <0.05). The postoperative pain, the degree of mouth opening restriction and the incidence of dry socket in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: High-speed turbo-drilling method can reduce trauma and reduce adverse reactions in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth, which has the clinical application value.
