高等教育大众化及高等职业教育的快速发展,社会对高等职业教育的质量和教师工作质量及要求空前提高,为建设一支高质量的教师队伍,提出了高职教师专业化建设的问题。本文从当前高职教师队伍建设的现状及教师职业特征等几个方面提出了高职教师专业化建设应解决的问题。
With the popularization of higher education and the rapid development of higher vocational education, the quality of higher vocational education and the quality of teachers’ work and social demands for social work have never been raised. In order to build a contingent of high-quality teachers, the issue of the professionalization of higher vocational teachers has been raised. This article puts forward the problems to be solved by the professional construction of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of the current status of the construction of the contingent of higher vocational teachers and the professional characteristics of teachers.
