研究须根在自然腐解的条件下对白花丹参产量及其活性成分含量的影响,利用HPLC测定丹参中活性成分的含量。结果表明,须根腐解使丹参的单株平均产量分别降低了38.60%(20 g),30.99%(40 g);少量的须根(20 g)腐解能够使丹参中二氢丹参酮、隐丹参酮的含量提高26.08%,22.64%;而40 g的须根腐解则显著降低丹参中二氢丹参酮、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量,与对照相比,分别降低60.87%,79.24%,84.61%,88.99%,脂溶性成分总含量降低86.27%。不同浓度的须根腐解能够使丹参中丹酚酸B含量显著提高4.98%(20 g),23.64%(40 g);迷迭香酸的含量分别提高62.44%(20 g),119%(40 g),须根腐解量与水溶性成分含量呈显著正相关。研究结果表明,连作条件下残留的须根对丹参的生长和活性成分的含量有显著的影响,须根腐解能够显著降低丹参的生物量及脂溶性成分的含量,可能为丹参连作障碍形成的重要因素。
The effect of natural fibrous roots on the yield and active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge under natural decay conditions was studied. The content of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the average yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza was reduced by 38.60% (20 g) and 30.99% (40 g), respectively. The decay of root of Salvia miltiorrhiza (20 g) The content of dihydrotanshinone, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge decreased significantly by 60.08%, 79.24% and 84.61% respectively compared with the control, , 88.99%, the total content of fat-soluble ingredients decreased 86.27%. The content of salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge increased significantly by 4.98% (20 g) and 23.64% (40 g) with different concentrations of beard root decay; the content of rosmarinic acid increased by 62.44% (20 g) and 119% (40% g). There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of decomposed fibrous roots and water-soluble components. The results showed that the residual fibrous roots under continuous cropping had a significant effect on the growth and active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. The fibrous root decay could significantly reduce the biomass and fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza, which may be an important factor .
