按照四川省绵阳市委、市政府的安排部署,从2005年起,利用三年时间,对人均纯收入低于1000元的农村贫困户实施大力帮扶,通过一系列的帮扶,实现贫困户人均纯收入达到1000元以上的目标。根据这一要求,我乡大力开展“千名党员结穷亲”的党员“1+1”结对帮扶。作为一名党员,我与盐亭县宗海乡红岭村7社任青海家结成了“穷亲戚”。
