保洁员在医院感染防控中起着重要的作用。据统计,25%～30%的医院感染可通过采取适当措施而预防[1]。因此,提高保洁员医院感染防控知识,督促其严格执行医院感染防控措施,可减少院内感染的发生。2011年6月以来,我院护理部联合医院感染科对保洁员进行规范化培训,取得满意效果。现报告如下。
Cleaners play an important role in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. According to statistics, 25% to 30% of nosocomial infections can be prevented by taking appropriate measures [1]. Therefore, to improve the cleaner knowledge of prevention and control of hospital infection, urging them to strictly implement the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Since June 2011, our hospital nurses in the United Hospital Department of Infectious Diseases to carry out standardized training for the cleaner, with satisfactory results. The report is as follows.
