PulseNet China是中国细菌性传染病分子分型实验室监测网络,是疾控系统在病原菌监测领域更深层次合作和技术进步的平台。在PulseNet China建设和应用过程中,各省市CDC实验室对BioNumerics软件和分子分型数据的分析和利用能力较薄弱,这已成为我国病原菌实验室监测网络化和数据传输共享的瓶颈。另外,各省也迫切希望全面掌握串联重复序列分析(MLVA)等第二代分型技术。为此,中国疾病预防控制中心传染
PulseNet China is a network of molecular typing laboratory for bacterial infectious diseases in China. It is a platform for further cooperation and technological advancement of CDC in pathogen surveillance. In the course of the construction and application of PulseNet China, CDC laboratories in various provinces and cities have relatively weak ability to analyze and utilize BioNumerics software and molecular typing data, which has become a bottleneck in the network sharing and data transmission sharing of pathogenic bacteria laboratories in China. In addition, the provinces are eager to fully grasp the second generation of tandem repeat analysis (MLVA) and other sub-type technology.
