电力市场营销是电力企业的核心业务,低压业扩是电力营销开拓市场的核心手段之一。如何加大增供扩销力度,拓展公司售电市场增长空间,不断提高电能占终端能源比重,成了摆在电力管理者们面前的一道难题。本文详细阐述了电力企业低压业扩业务办理模式的现状及存在的问题,并相应提出了创新管理措施。只有建立以客户需求为导向的低压业扩新模式,才能为客户提供更好的服务,进一步拓宽电力市场份额,为电力企业的良好发展打下坚实的基础。
Power marketing is the core business of power companies, low-voltage industry expansion is one of the core means of marketing power market. How to increase the supply and marketing efforts to expand space for growth in the company’s sales market, and continuously increase the proportion of electricity to the terminal energy has become a challenge for power managers. This paper elaborates the status quo and existing problems of low-voltage industry expansion business management mode in power enterprises and puts forward corresponding innovation management measures accordingly. Only by establishing an expansion mode of low-voltage industry oriented by customer needs can we provide better service to customers, further expand the market share of power supply and lay a solid foundation for the sound development of power enterprises.
