随着市场竞争日益加剧,企业所处的经济环境更加复杂,由此带来的风险因素也随之增加。在众多的风险类别中,作为经营风险重头戏的销售风险尤其不容忽视,销售环节的风险控制在企业内控中可谓举足轻重。本文从销售风险产生的三个环节,就如何加强销售风险控制进行论述,旨在提示:风险需事前防范、事中控制、一旦形成及时解决。
