本文对１１９７名共青团干部ＳＣＬ－９０的比较研究中发现，在心理健康状况上共青团干部好于国内青年组。但在不同行业、不同年龄和性别之间还有明显差异。
In this paper, a comparative study of 1197 Communist Youth League cadres, SCL-90, found that the CYL cadres were better than the youth groups in their mental health status. But in different industries, there are obvious differences between different ages and genders.
