对在2个环境条件下220个普×爆BC2S1家系4个籽粒营养品质性状及其与膨化倍数的相关分析结果表明,除粗蛋白含量的环境间差异不显著外,各性状家系间和环境间均存在显著差异;粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量是由主效基因存在的多基因控制的数量性状,粗淀粉含量和赖氨酸含量是由微效多基因控制的数量性状;各籽粒营养品质性状与膨化倍数的关系受环境条件的影响较大。
