70年代初选育的小麦-天兰冰草中间类型远中1、远中2、远中3、远中4、远中5等,不仅抗病性好,如远中3、远中4、远中5对当前国内流行的秆锈、叶锈、条锈不同生理小种免疫,高抗蚜虫传播的黄矮病,为我国当前抗病育种提供了抗源;而且品质好,经两年分析得知,上述材料蛋白质和湿面筋含量高,沉降值也较高,是我国当前少有的优质资源。
