血管紧张素转化酶(angiotensin-converting enzyme,ACE)又名激肽酶Ⅱ(kininase Ⅱ)是一种转化血管紧张素Ⅰ为血管紧张素Ⅱ的肽酰二肽水解酶,属于羧基外肽酶类。其分子量为140 000～150 000。pH为8。在正常成人血清中其含量为36.7±7.6u/ml。

Its molecular weight of 140 000 ~ 150 000. The pH is 8. Its content in normal adult serum is 36.7 ± 7.6 u / ml.
