雅安地区通信学会于1997年12月12日召开了第三次代表大会暨第三届理事会。行署副专员申勤业,省通信学会副秘书长方仁彬、阮裕楣,地区科协主席杨淑贤及来自各厂矿企事业单位的会员代表共50余人参加了会议。学会理事长、地区邮电局局长王学华亲自主持了这次会议。大会在完成第三届理事会换届改选工作的同时,总结了学会成立十三年来的工作经验,明确了学会今后
Ya’an District Institute of Communications on December 12, 1997 held the third congress and the third council.
