计划经济与市场调节相结合是我国改革实践中需要探索的重大理论问题。这一问题是在怎样的背景下提出来的?都讨论了哪些问题?各种理论观点有何分歧?这种讨论对我国改革实践有什么影响?国外理论与实践对此有无涉及?全面了解这些问题,无疑有助于我们拓宽视野、活跃思想,有益于改革工作的具体实践。因此,这一期特刊出本刊特约记者所撰文章《我国关于计划与市场问题讨论的背景和意义》以飧读者,下期将继续介绍国外这方面的有关情况和理论观点。
The combination of planned economy and market regulation is a major theoretical issue to be explored in the practice of our country’s reform. What is the issue raised? What are the issues discussed? What are the differences between the various theoretical views? What is the impact of this discussion on China’s reform practice? Are there any foreign theory and practice involved? These questions undoubtedly help us to broaden our horizons, activate our thinking and benefit from the concrete practice of the reform. Therefore, this special issue of an article by this journal’s special correspondent, entitled “The Background and Significance of the Discussion on Planning and Market Issues in China,” has been read as a reader. The next issue will continue to introduce the relevant situation and theoretical opinions in this regard abroad.
