在纪念《中国土族》杂志创刊15周年之际,中共青海省委书记、省人大常委会主任强卫同志发来贺信。他在贺信中说——“土族儿女海纳风行,平和博大,与其他民族一道携手并进,共同创造了具有浓郁地方特色的民族文化。古往今来,土族人民培养出了许多杰出人物和优秀儿女,为促进民族团结进步和青海经济社会发展做出了积极的贡献,在自己的发展史上写下了光辉的一页。”
