随着各国经济的不断发展,水资源紧缺的现象越来越普遍;不少地区水质污染日益严重,各国给排水工作者都在探索获取高质量饮用水和有效控制水体污染的技术和对策.改革开放以来,我国的给水排水技术有了很大进步,城市污水有机污染控制和脱氮除磷技术、污水回用技术.污水排海技术、长距离引水技术及给水排水自动化技术得到了深入研究与较广泛的应用,兴建了一些大型引水工程和相当规模的污水处理厂.为总结和推广我国近年来给水排水技术,进一步推动技术进步与发展,增进国际间学术交流与合作,引进先进技术,中国土木工程学会给水排水学会1991年6月二
With the continuous development of various countries’ economies, water shortages are becoming more and more common; water pollution in many areas is becoming more and more serious. Water supply and drainage workers in various countries are exploring technologies and countermeasures for obtaining high-quality drinking water and effectively controlling water pollution. Since its opening, China’s water supply and drainage technologies have made great progress, including the control of urban sewage organic pollution, nitrogen and phosphorus removal technologies, and wastewater reuse technologies. The technologies for wastewater discharge, long distance water diversion and water supply and drainage automation have been studied in depth. For a wider range of applications, some large-scale water diversion projects and large-scale sewage treatment plants have been built. To sum up and promote water supply and drainage technologies in recent years in China, to further promote technological progress and development, to increase international academic exchanges and cooperation, and to introduce advanced technologies, China Civil Engineering Society Water Supply and Drainage Society June 1991
